1. Your site must be an anime graphic site.
It is alright if you have anime graphics and celebrities graphics. As long there is some anime, it is accepted.

2. The layout must be made by you. (Given layouts as a prize is allowed.)
Your layout cannot be stolen. You do not need to give the sites to the brushes you used on your layout because I find that kind of "Too much detail". As long you have it on your credit page, I'll accept it.

3. Your site must not be Hentai.
Kissing & hugging anime pictures are accepted. Please just don't show anything else more revealing. (Swimsuits pictures are allowed)

4. You have to keep in contact with Thao-Kun or Truc-Kun. (At least one of us.)
By "keeping in contact", we mean like e-mailing us once in a while asking how we are doing. It's nice to know that you are still alive. Plus, we would like to know our affiliates better. Not "affiliates", but more like friends. We want to be friends with all of our affiliates.

5. Your site must not be typed like this ---->HeLl0 Welc0Me T0 My SiTe.
Obviously, you will not be accepted if you type like "I l0vE U".

6. Your graphic-making must at least around ours.
In other words, your layout and graphics have to be impressive or around my level. It's okay if you're not that good. I'll still offer you a Link Exchange spot. Your graphic designing skills do not have to look exactly like mine's. As long I can tell you put some work to it and it looks pretty.

7. No stealing from my site or anyone else's.
I'm not going to support stealing so, that also means I won't be friends with thieves.

8.You see where it says "I love you!"? Put "Teacher!"

9. Come visit my site sometimes & we'll do the same to you
Please visit our site once a week and drop by a comment on the Tagboard. It's nice to know that our affiliates are still alive, you know? And it makes us feel that you're not trying to use us by linking you as affiliates.

10. You must update at least once a week. ( Unless for tests )
I don't want to be affiliates with dead sites. Unless you have exams or important tests, you're going to be removed after 2 to 3 months of no updating. If you cannot update your site for some reason, please e-mail us why and we will not remove you.

11. Make sure you put this in your e-mail to apply for affiliates.
Sorry there's no form, but by e-mailing us, it's much more certain we'll have your application. ^_^ Please include these things in your e-mail.

12. Please have a "Contact Me" page on your website and that shows your email.

13. Your site must make me go "WOW!! O_O".

14. In the "Why should we accept you?", please introduce yourself and add some details. If you just say "Because my level of graphic design is close to yours", it makes me think that you just want me to be affliates so you can get some hits. No, I don't want that. So please introduce yourself, say what you think of our website, etc. And answer the question, too.
